Working hours are flexible shift work and depending on the location, may also include night shifts.

Waiter’s wor

We offer versatile tasks for waiters across à la carte dining, event catering, cafés, and breakfast service.Àla carte waiting is more focused in the evenings and requires strong knowledge of the menu and the wine list. On the other hand, breakfast service starts early in the morning before most people are awake, and presentation must remain high quality from start to finish. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.The most important goal for every role: ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Chef’s work

Chefs are responsible for food preparation, quality, and smooth operation of the kitchen. At Grill It! Restaurant, chefs get to work with delicious dishes from the à la carte menu, while at Restaurant Kiisa they prepare a high-quality breakfast every morning. Restaurant Kiisa also operates by reservation, serving hotel guests with half board dinners, buffet and larger menu packages. This brings variety compared to à la carte and breakfast.Chefs and waiters work closely together, creating wonderful experiences for our guests.

Housekeeper's work

Housekeepers are on the front line of ensuring the daily upkeep, cleanliness, and freshness of accommodation, as well as responding to guests’ needs.Daily routines include cleaning hotel rooms for arriving guests, as well as maintenance cleaning for guests who are staying multiple nights. This includes tasks such as changing bed linen and towels, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathroom facilities.

Receptionist’s work

As receptionist you are literally at the front desk; the guest experience begins already when the customer makes their accommodation reservation.When guests arrive, receptionists check them in, ensure guest satisfaction throughout the stay, and complete the experience at check out. This role involves meeting wonderful people and handling changing situations. And one of the best part is that every day is different.
