How does the seasonal recruitment process goes?

The application for the winter season 2026-2027 starts on June 22, 2026!Applicants who move forward in the process will be contacted separately by message, text message, or phone call and invited to an interview. Interviews and selections are made already during the application period, so applying early is an advantage!All applicants will be contacted by email, phone call, and/or text message. Please fill in your contact details carefully so that we can reach you.

How much can I work?

In the recruitment advertisement, you will see the number of offered working hours, and we aim to stay within those limits. Employee well-being is important to us, and we also want to ensure that you can have the opportunity to enjoy your free time, sports and outdoor activities, and the nature of Levi.We also offer the possibility of additional shifts. Open shifts will be announced separately in a shared chat, and you can take them if you want to.

Ordinary jobs — with exceptionally good benefits:You will also have the opportunity to use our shared ski lift passes and gym memberships. If you would like your own personal ski pass, we recommend changing your official address to Levi, which will give you a €150 local discount on a season ski pass.While working in Levi, you may also have opportunity for the Levipass. It is a benefit card for employees in the Levi area, offering discounts and special deals from local service providers — for example, cheaper taxi rides and discounts on safaris, movie tickets, and rental equipment. Benefits may change.You can get Levipass by completing a short test where you will learn useful information about Levi. It is worth completing the test well in advance before moving to the area.

Can I request day offs?

While working with us, you can discuss your shift preferences with your manager and request, for example, weekends off within reasonable limits. We try to allow these wishes whenever it’s possible, but there may also be situations where day off requests cannot be arranged.

What kind of salary can I get during the season?

Can I apply for seasonal job if I’m under 18 years old or don’t have relevant education?

As a general rule, we are looking for applicants who are at least 18 years old. For example, our restaurants are licensed to serve alcohol, which means our staff must also be of legal age.The desired previous experiences or educations are mentioned in the specific job announcement. What if I really enjoy working in Levi – can I continue after the season?

If you are interested to work during future seasons as well, it’s a good to mention it already in your application or during the interview. And if, during the season, you find yourself enjoying the work and would like to return — let your manager know!

How can I get around in Levi?

Most of staff accommodation is located about 2 km from Break Sokos Hotel Levi, so you can easily get around the area without needing your own vehicle. Ski Buses operates to the slopes, but with limited routes and schedule. Read more: https://www.levi.fi/en/ski/levi-ski-resort-services/ski-bus/ Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Levi. Bringing your own car to the area or staff accommodation is possible, but engine heating and the hotel parking garage are paid services.
